Yes, but the vote has to be certified. If that certification fails due to irreparable fraud, the electoral college is replaced by the House. Each state delegation gets 2 votes on who will be president.Republicans control 27 states.which will award PDJT the election.

The Dem fraud machine has overplayed its hand.

No. In a dispute, after the attempt by the Sec of State to certify, the state legislature has the power to not accept it and appoint the electors. MI, PA, and WI are controlled by the GOP. The only time the House comes into play is if neither candidate has 270. The new House meets and each state gets one vote.
