Florida has an airtight election process. Georgia with less population is a clusterscrew.
The GOP Governor and SOS are weak.
How can Florida have all their votes counted within 2 hours of closing the polls on Election night, but Georgia is counting two days later?
how are they weak?
Water line break :)
Is what they said.
They’ve fallen on the floor and can’t get up; they are helpless to count.
But then people “cured” ballots today (?)
It’s a disaster but Trump needs 35 percent of the votes that are left.
So let’s pray and wait out the next few days.
Meanwhile, they are in the courts and Trump and Rudy are NOT going away.
You have no idea how much NYers HATE being screwed!!
And what we are willing to do if we are.
Manhattan is a cold, hard place.
And Rudy ran it and Trump built an empire in it.
This is FAR from over
Floriduh was very embarrassed after the Gore-Bush debacle. One major problem remained in the state and one of the BEST governors in the country, Ron DeSantis, got rid of her.
You have a very competent governor.
same thing with ohio and michigan....
Hey I voted for Raffensberger. He’s a fine SOS.
It is kinda puzzling is it not? I am not sure how Georgia is doing things, but they'd do well to follow Texas' lead on this in the future.
When I went in to vote, they scanned my drivers license and had me validate the information. Based on that data, a laser printer printed up my paper ballot, which I took to fill out. Once done, the ballot is scanned and deposited in a box. All that was needed by the poll workers was toner and paper. You wouldn't run into situations like I heard of elsewhere where they ran out of ballots at a particular location.
The actual reporting of the numbers takes seconds, as they are counted as they are scanned. If there is any question as to the tallies, all of the ballots are right there and can either be hand-counted to validate the counts, or run through the machine again after it had been reset.
I really think Texas is doing it right. Wish more places cared enough to do the same.
