So this website shows all 159 counties and all 2656 precincts have been counted and Trump leads by 18,586 votes as of now (11/5/20, 9:14 AM).

Is this official? Automatic recount?

Well . . . in answer to my question . . . I'm watching CNN now and Georgia elections workers are still counting. According to CNN, 61,367 ballots are still outstanding (including overseas military and provisional ballots).

CNN reports the Georgia Secretary of State will be making a press statement this morning.
