Always wondered about this, why there aren’t federal Marshals or FBI at the counting centers.
Also wondered why they don’t streamline the process. Why don’t all mail in ballots go to a single location in the state; a location that is prepared to handle the volume; and that is closely monitored? Why aren’t ballots scanned by computer to capture the postmark date? The voter’s name etc?
Answer is obvious of course... but still, it’s a question of principle.
One would think the feds would be at Philly right now where the gop is not being allowed to monitor the ballot counting process and the sheriff won’t uphold the court order telling them to let the gop monitor.
