I know that winred.com is the legit site for GOP contributions, because the local GOP County website has links to it for contributions to both the Trump and Cory Gardner campaigns. I donated to them both in October using winred.

I agree, it is the correct address.
In lieu of a witness, navigate to the National GOP site and click the big red “donate” button: it will show the same winred.com site.
