Just took another gander at my pocket constitution provided by the Cato Institute. Article II still doesn't mention that the news organizations decide who won. I think I'll stick by the requirements. Dec 8 states are supposed to have resolved any issues. (Law suites not withstanding?!) Dec 14th electors vote in their states. (Provided there aren't any rouge electors?!) Jan 3 2021 electors votes sent to CONgress. Jan 6 2021 CONgress counts the votes. (Any objections must be dealt with. Only needs one house member and one senator to sign on. Anyone with the testicular fortitude to do that?)
