Election Changes in Wisconsin Call Into Question Tens of Thousands of Votes; State's constitution does NOT allow election supervisors to change the way elections are conducted

In Wisconsin, a state Joe Biden carried by just over 20,000 votes, tens of thousands of votes are being called into question due to last-minute changes made by election supervisors. Only state legislatures have the ability to change the ways elections are conducted, per the Constitution.

Just the News reports that election supervisors in the state of Wisconsin made three substantial changes in the run-up to the election that could potentially impact the fate of tens of thousands of votes.

(Via Just the News)

Records reviewed by Just the News show that an executive branch agency called the Wisconsin Election Commission:

Wisconsin Assembly Speaker Robin Vos called for a review of the state's elections processes on Friday, following allegations of potential fraud and violations of local regulations.

While recounts don't result in wild swings of tens of thousands of votes, if changes made to the election rules are determined to be illegal, it could have a substantial impact on thousands of votes and perhaps the certified winner of the state.

Prominent Republicans like Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Gov. Kristi Noem (R-SD) have called for patience as legal questions and concerns regarding the election work their way through the courts.

The Trump campaign is pursuing legal challenges in multiple battleground states.

If the votes have already been counted and can’t be separated this is tilting at windmills.

If they can’t be separated, then they are illegal votes.

It’s the job of the State Legislatures to write election law. It’s about time somebody educated these election officials, and the various Judges who have been making illegal decisions since before this mess occurred.

If poll workers were “curing” spoiled ballets then that means those records are kept/filed somewhere. If the affidavits and the vote are tied somehow then those “cured” votes could be pulled out as ineligible.

I would think anyway.

While you may after the fact determine that a particular individual was not eligible to vote, how could you determine who they voted for since those ballots are now co-mingled with all other ballots?

SCOTUS will say that they have to follow the law according to Wisconsin Constitution. So if they “cured” ballots without a witness signature, they have to throw them out.

The only way the bogus ballots could be separated from the valid ones is if the “cured” address of the spoiled ballot was attached or somehow tied to that particular ballot though a serial number or something.

Those people should be charged with a felony, so they can never vote or hold office again - in all states...

If they can’t be separated how do you “fix it?” That’s the point I think a lot of folks are missing. You can’t figure out which absentee is which once they are removed from the inner envelope and combined. And PA basically gave SCOTUS the finger on late ballots until Alito ordered again.
