They gave to get a look at the ballots first so they can check them . Also you don’t need evidence when they didn’t have poll watchers. They spoiled evidence by not allowing poll workers.they are going to have to not use ballots counted after Election Day when there was no poll watchers. That is pretty damning evidence of fraud and this is not criminal court where more proof is necessary
It DOES add to the story, however. Maybe not alone, but with all of the other evidence it is eye opening. TDSers aren’t going to believe anything, or rather, will pretend not to.

True — as a sole issue, but it could be one more nail in the coffin. Attorneys say that circumstantial cases often are stronger with many pieces of evidence combined.
