This would be a violation of the Logan Act, something Democrats used to care about with respect to the Trump transition team. I mean they screamed and screamed about this for years, and yet now it’s suddenly ok for Biden to have these conversations even though he’s not even certified as the winner of the election yet?
Well then, I guess McConnell and Senate Republicans will have to impeach Biden

Biden is a known corrupt Democrat. That status provides a complete exemption from the requirement to conform to the Logan Act. Michael Flynn was not corrupt and a Republican. Therefore, he probably will die in a federal penitentiary for his shocking crimes.
