Our system designed by “the founding fathers” really does have flaws; it does not protect itself from evil men very well.

The deadline for residency should be BEFORE the November election so people can’t plan ahead for runoffs.

It was established to limit centralising tendencies of royalty and bureacratic toadies. The flaw is humans are like sheep and will follow an alluring shepherd call, but mostly won’t follow The Shepherd.

“Our system designed by “the founding fathers” really does have flaws; it does not protect itself from evil men very well.”

That’s not a bug, it’s a feature. As John Adams said:

“Public virtue cannot exist in a Nation without private Virtue, and public Virtue is the only Foundation of Republics.”

Once our leaders become largely evil the Republic will inevitably fall apart. The next few weeks will determine if we’ve reached that point.
