So sick of republicans not playing fire with Fire. We have billionaires as well. We should have conservatives live in Georgia the next two months. If you notice, democrats harvest ballots at least in California. I was happy to hear we finally did this election. The democrats have souls to the polls with food booths, music and picnic atmosphere. It’s stupid that our evangelical churches with 50,000 members don’t take advantage of this. What evangelical doesn’t like a hamburger and sweet tea after voting? Republicans needs to get off their butts and stop counting of people to just show up. We need to do better then that.

Someone needs to verify that law.

They gave $27million to felons to try to influence the election. This is public record.

Only if they make money. I read the residency requirements to live in Georgia including tax ramifications to vehicle registration. It’s easy to live in Georgia for a short time with zero negative worries.

My understanding is that under GA law, you must have been registered at the time of the original race to be allowed to vote in the run-off.

I hope you are right, but that is not mentioned here:

https://georgia.gov/vote-2020-runoff-elections

However, I suspect that same-day registration is not available to Georgia nonresidents.

It would be good to know how serious this threat is.

Perhaps McConnell isn’t invested in whether President Trump succeeds or not, but this Georgia vote should make him sit up and pay attention since it could deprive him of his Senate leadership.

You would think that McConnell would more enthusiastically join forces with President Trump to fight the rampant vote stealing. The seeming support for CIA director Haspel comes to mind.

Seems like to avoid this, they’d say you had to vote in the November election to be allowed to vote in run-off election?

Georgia has a Republican governor and Republicans control the state legislature. Why didn't they make laws to strengthen voter integrity?

Why, because they'd have been called racist of course. Better to let a leftist conspiracy erase the votes of their citizens and create a constitutional crisis. When the stakes are highest you can always count on the GOP to come up small, with few exceptions.

Fake votes from fake Georgians. Why don’t they just bus people in for the day from neighboring states? Give them a few bucks and lunch and make it a nice trip. That is as honest as Yang’s little plan. And, with my plan, we can kill off representative government for cheap and with much less hassle.

I mailed the Georgia statute 21-2-501 to both Perdue and Loeffler. It clearly states a runoff is a continuation of the original race. Only electors registered at time of original election can vote. So far I got a cheesy servo written not from Perdue, nothing from Loeffler.

When Dems admit outright cheating in front of everyone’s eyes..question is who is going to stop them

Dems have been migrating to Georgia for years. Migration always destroys. The 'south' will fall again due to people from other states flooding into such areas.

“Georgia has a Republican governor and Republicans control the state legislature. Why didn’t they make laws to strengthen voter integrity?”

Because every time they do they get challenged in court and an activist judge who does not know the Constitution declares the law unconstitutional. And not just in GA. Lot of places, including PA, MI, etc.

Not specifically related to the 2020 election, but I have often wondered if the mass exodus we hear so much about from CA to Texas, and now big cities are emptying out (see NYC), was actually part of a similar leftist plan to swing large, red states like TX and FL.

People make fun of the Californians for “escaping” leftist policies and taxes, and then voting for those same policies in their new redstate home; well, if they moved their with the intent to do just that as part of a larger plan, it sort of starts to make more sense.

And Arizona. An Obama judge put a ‘stay’ on a Law, passed by the Republican Legislature, that disallowed anyone to turn in a ballot for someone not a relative. The law was intended to thwart ballot harvesting which is illegal in AZ.

So, ballot harvesting went into overdrive in AZ this election. Still illegal, but Ducey has been neutered.

I mailed the Georgia statute 21-2-501 to both Perdue and Loeffler.

THANKS. Here it is:

https://codes.findlaw.com/ga/title-21-elections/ga-code-sect-21-2-501.html

From the statute:

(10) The run-off primary, special primary runoff, run-off election, or special election runoff shall be a continuation of the primary, special primary, election, or special election for the particular office concerned.  Only the electors who were duly registered to vote and not subsequently deemed disqualified to vote in the primary, special primary, election, or special election for candidates for that particular office shall be entitled to vote therein, and only those votes cast for the persons designated as candidates in such run-off primary, special primary runoff, run-off election, or special election runoff shall be counted in the tabulation and canvass of the votes cast.  No elector shall vote in a run-off primary or special primary runoff in violation of Code Section 21-2-224.
Sounds like that settles that.
