The voters "suggest" which the electors vote. If the election is destroyed by a bunch of thieving-murdering-lying-baby killing-queer RATs, like this one, a couple of things can happen.

The legislature of a state can pick the electors, the election can be redone with safeguards in place. Certain precincts can be excluded from the total vote count.

What happens to the probably EC count and "popular vote" if you nullify and deduct ballot totals from all "sanctuary cities"?
