I wouldn’t put much stock in this story. Unless the server was being operated on a US Military base, the US Military would have no more authority to conduct a raid on a business in Frankfort Germany than the German military would a business in Peoria, Illinois. If such a raid was conducted it would like be Interpol and the German Police perhaps with assistance from the FBI if it concerned a US election.
Which if it actually occurred would be the likely story.
Unless more information is forthcoming it’s more probable it’s an Internet hallucination.
