While the “only four cities” was crap, as you’ve illustrated, I do find it interesting that your two examples are from states the the Dems needed and that were close calls.
Plus, look at the numbers for Raleigh. 130,000 new voters in only four years? That’s a 24% increase in voters between 2016 and 2020, which seems weird to me. Still, it could happen, I suppose.
