Ah, and now San Fran too. Keep them coming, Palmer. Maybe the author of the article will be shamed into doing more research before writing his next one.

By the way, there were 12 percent more votes in San Fran this time around.

What it appears to be is more potentially oversized Biden increases in states like NC. Whereas in California where the outcome was not in play, Trump had pretty decent improvement comparable or better than Biden's improvement. However in no cases did Biden do worse than Hillary. I have yet to find one anyway.
