In the aftermath of the election, many questions have emerged not just about individual instances of voter fraud or vote suppression, which are legion, but more systematic issues involving software and electronic vote tracking. We know, for example, that thousands of votes that were cast for President Trump in Michigan were improperly shifted to Joe Biden due to an alleged software “glitch.”
I have no opinion on whether the election was stolen by the Biden campaign or not. I don’t think there is any way to know, on the current evidence, whether, if only legal votes were counted, and each voter voted only once, Donald Trump or Joe Biden actually won the election. I do know that if the United States is to avoid banana republic status, we need to institute more secure and reliable election procedures. No more ballot harvesting, no more millions of mail-in votes, and some reasonable attention paid to the machines and software that ultimately count the votes.
Sidney Powell, who became famous and widely respected due to her aggressive defense of Michael Flynn, has joined President Trump’s legal team. This morning she appeared on Maria Bartiromo’s Fox News program, where she alleged that the Trump campaign has evidence of massive election fraud involving the Dominion voting system and its SmartMatic software–fraud that swung the election to Biden. Is she right? I have no idea. But Powell has earned the right to be taken seriously. Here she is. Judge for yourself:

One more thing: liberals are quick to dub anything they don’t like a conspiracy theory. But four years ago, I wouldn’t have imagined that top officials of the FBI and the CIA would collaborate with Hillary Clinton’s campaign to propagate lies in order to try to swing the election to her, or failing that, to disable the incoming administration of the candidate that they didn’t favor. That scandal has greatly expanded my, and our, understanding of what may be possible. This isn’t your grandfather’s United States of America.

What the MSM fails to understand:
The issue isn’t the votes that were counted legally. It’s the votes that were never counted at all. They were damaged, defaced, thrown away — many, of not most, for Trump.
That’s the maddening thing. We’ll never know just how many there were, or how they might have impacted the election.
I had a bad feeling the minute I heard mail-in ballots were being accepted. These should only be used for elderly or invalid — and formally requested, as with absentee ballots.
I think the evidence will show the president won easily. Hang in there.

The Governor of California forced mail-in ballots on everyone. His excuse was COVID-19 and the health risk it posed to people congregating at regular precinct polling places to cast their votes in person.
The state did make "accessible voting locations" (big public spaces e.g. gymnasiums or church halls) across the county, these would allow for "social distancing" for those who came to vote in person. These were not widely publicized, for some reason. The AVLs were open on Election Day and a few days prior in my county.
I don't know how many California voters used the mail-in ballots to vote, when they still had in-person voting available.
Someone posted here that a California judge ruled that the Governor had violated state law, by urging voting by mail, because state law stipulates that votes should be cast in person on Election Day. What has come of this ruling?

Once the left found out that they could get away with inserting an unqualified non-citizen like Obama into the presidency with nary a whimper
from republicans they realized there are almost no restraints on their rule breaking, law breaking and other criminal acts.

Analyzing he code inside the voting machines should be pretty easy.
Finding the fraud is totally doable.
All it takes is a determination to follow the bread crumbs.
Those who refuse to look will find nothing.
Oh I believe he won in an overwhelming landslide. Which is why they had to lock down the vote. They figured all they’d have to do is work a few thousand back into the system....but Trump was pulling 7 million more voters than they planned on.....they couldn’t keep up!
Of course, criminals always claim “Din do nuffin.”
The sheer size of the fraud will be their undoing.
