So what is to be done about this? The evidence is blatant.. this must be exposed and those responsible, jailed.
1. Paper ballots only.
2. ID & signature verification mandatory.
3. Counting by hand only.

It was the head of the Republican Party of Maricopa County who never showed up to the certification. She resigned last week.

There has to be a chain of custody.
In the moden era I hear about precinct officials showing up hours late to deliver ballots.
And recall in Florida 2000 the election station(s) not being in custody of the election officials (one was even put on tour/display I think I recall).
That’s a good list - but I would add a few things:
4. Mailed-in ballots or copies thereof, must remain attached to their original mailing envelopes.
5. All handling of ballots must be witnessed by representatives of the political parties.
I have taken to wearing my "I Voted" sticker upside-down.
People around here (Trump country) instantly understand its meaning.
