The board is composed of eight voting members who are elected to eight-year terms by the state at large. Elections to the board are held in every even-numbered year. Each party is allowed to nominate up to two candidates in each election, and voters are allowed to vote for two candidates. The two candidates with the most votes are elected to eight-year terms on the board. The board elects a president, secretary, and treasurer from among its members.[2]
The 2019-2020 members of the board are:[3]
President: Casandra Ulbrich (D)
Vice President: Pamela Pugh (D)
Treasurer: Tom McMillin (R)
Secretary: Michelle Fecteau (D)
Judith Pritchett (D)
Lupe Ramos-Montigny (D)
Nikki Snyder (R)
Tiffany Tilley (D)
R looses.
Well, that ends that chance.
If they certify when there is voting fraud I think that is a felony. Trumps lawyers should let them know what they have and emphasized to them how they could be charged if they certify.
Is this list correct or not??
With the 2-2 vote by board of canvassers, does it now go to the list of names you posted?? If so, we’re screwed.
Now we know that they will certainly certify, unless some court prevents it.
