Besides, I notice that the poor victims are only concerned due to their being expected to obey the same rules Catholics are fighting "raises unique legal issues." because they shouldn't have to obey the same rules.
Or maybe they just got a deal on the legal fees by filing on separately and so that's why they didn't join the Catholic suit which might have added weight to that case.
