Where I live, I think they should put stickers on all teslas that say “powered by coal”. Anyone who is talking about going full electric and is not pushing nuclear power is a fool.

More significant than that will be when they ban the sale of gas and diesel and/or put the price out of the range of the people.

Are they going to increase their electrical generating and transmission capacity by 10x as well?

Electricity is just magic that comes from the wall, no worries.

Same date as other states and countries have come up with, like there was a plan and we were not at the meeting.
Where does all the electricity come from to charge up the electric cars.

One or two horsepower cars are the solution. The luxury models will get four horsepower.

The UK plans to ban sales of diesel and petrol cars from 2030

Ya don't need a car to queue in the bread line, but ya will to get the bread home to the kids intact.

California and New Jersey have already adopted a similar ban.

If Biden’s puppet masters get in expect that to go nationwide.

“And Norway, long recognized as a world leader in the adoption of electric vehicles, wants all new light vans and passenger cars sold to be zero emission by the year 2025.”

Talk about shooting yourself on the foot. Norway’s economy is dependent on oil.

Prior to WWII, the department store and, I think, RR Express in Washington, DC had electric delivery trucks. At least some had flat non-inflatable tires. When the suburbs expanded greatly during the war, they became impracticable. Electric taxis might work for down-town London.
