This is not showing outsiders could hack the system and that was the only issue. Yes I agree that the head of Engineering (I believe) posted that he fixed the election. This is that the Deep State / DNC / 3 letter agencies used multiply methods to fix the election. It was a multipronged attack in at least five areas of the county.
