I think the fraud is the mail out but not returned ballots being harvested. Reprinted in house and filled out. Postage counts both sending and receiving then compared to voter updates with date time stamps. Lots were collected without postage, signatures, etc. but they had to have been printed and not mailed out. so the postage counts egual the number of mail-out votes and the print logs show more ballots printed than mailed out.
Yeah, I wonder if many/most of the fraud ballots were reprinted as copies from a single original since they were done in a hurried fashion. If so, there should be an easy means to distinguish one from another — type offset, printing askew, paper quality/type, etc.
Every printer leaves a unique mark. Should be easy to identify copied ballots. I hope the Rats didn’t know this
