One of our monitors discovered a 9,626 vote error in the DeKalb County hand count. One batch was labeled 10,707 for Biden and 13 for Trump - an improbable margin even by DeKalb standards. The actual count for the batch was 1,081 for Biden and 13 for Trump
Add that to Floyd, Walton, and Fayette

apparently stacy abrams sister is one of the fed judges for the northern Atlanta district. you can’t make this stuff up.
net net....this is an impressive, official and very well done legal filing. This work product, and many others, will be helpful and important in the aftermath which is to come. but I don’t see anything stopping the fraud at this point. I love that Lin believes that the truth will win. I just see zero evidence of that, at this late stage.
Hoping I’m wrong, and everyone can laugh and jeer at me....and sooner rather than later. I’d eat a plate of crow, gladly, right now if I thought it would help

just fyi, Lin is the plaintiff in this TRO. Not the attorney. Interesting. I guess he was chosen as an elector by the state party? Savvy move on his part.
The strategy is to get all these cases outlining all the illegal ckufery to the Supreme Court.

This should remove 9,626 from Biden’s count and put Trump within around 4300 now.
Am I too hopeful in saying, “Supreme Court.”

Lin Wood is the plaintiff. He is domiciled in Georgia.
Elector here just means one who was a legal voter.
He is not officially on Trump’s legal team but is coordinating with them. He is filing these lawsuits himself, as a citizen of GA:

Late this afternoon, I filed an Amended Complaint against GA Secretary of State @GaSecofState, et al. Due process issues are now also raised. The recount is a sham. Tomorrow, I will move for an emergency TRO.

I have not read the briefs from Mr. Lin, but heard him on a radio interview. His GA case is based on a 14th Amendment Equal Protection claim that his vote in GA was not treated equally with mail-in votes counted after polls closed, cured of errors, etc.. And, that the GA legislature is the only constitutionally authorized entity to set election law - not the SOS, not the courts, not the governor.
Therefore, the merits of his case will likely come from SCOTUS not lower courts.
WI recount is on per Bannon.

The Georgia recount is a joke and is being done UNDER PROTEST. Even though thousands of fraudulent votes have been found, the real number is in matching signatures. Governor must open up the unconstitutional Consent Decree and call in the Legislature!

Wow, did you go through all his exhibits? It is astounding all the evidence he is putting forward
I noticed that in an interview, the Secretary of State of Georgia said that Trump defeated himself in Georgia by criticizing absentee voting.
The man is either stupid or deceitful because Trump never criticized absentee voting; in fact, he did it himself. What Trump criticized was mail-in voting, which he correctly stated was a corruptible concept.
