Yeah, West Paces is loaded with expensive homes, and the Governor’s Mansion isn’t even the nicest (although it would do for me). Down on the other end of West Paces you have Pace Academy where tuition for a high school student runs about $30,000 per year. At drop off/pickup times you can’t swing a dead feline without hitting a soccer mom in a Cayenne or Escalade.

The only downside in that area, aside from forking out the tractor trailer load of cash for a home, is that the roads are two lane and traffic at rush hour hardly moves.
