Winkin is Kamala “the red diaper baby” Harris. She’ll wink at you with her big eyes as though to say, Yes, I’ll follow the Constitution, then push Senile Basement Joe over the political cliff, and then WINK again to her Leftist/Marxists supporters as if to say, “YES I DID”.
