Trump voters can take this action to #StopTheSteal
American Thinker ^ | 11/24/2020 | Mark J Fitzgibbons

Appearing on Maria Bartiromo's Sunday morning Fox Business show, Professor Alan Dershowitz made the sobering assessment that while President Trump's legal and constitutional paths to being declared winner of the 2020 election still exist, time may run out on their litigation challenges.

While one poll shows that about half of Republican voters believe that Trump won (and the percentage would assuredly be much higher without the utterly corrupt media and Big Tech censoring the facts), it appears there just is not enough time needed to prove in court the quantity of electoral corruption sufficient for Trump to win. If only there were more time.

A number of observers including Mark Levin have suggested, to the shock and horror of many who have not read the Constitution, that the selection of electors is made by state legislatures, and it is they who make the laws governing that process.

Those laws and that process were usurped by state election officials (and state courts in some case) authorizing mail-in ballots that even Democrats knew were highly susceptible to fraud and corruption. We now read that Dominion software may have been programmed to cheat the people of their legal votes.

So what's the remedy? Constitutional lawyers Bill Olson and Pat McSweeney prepared a superb white paper explaining "The Constitutional Duty of State Legislatures in a Contested Presidential Election."

"The Constitutional Duty of State Legislatures in a Contested Presidential Election."

It's not so much that it's "contested". It's tainted. Who can trust any numbers? About a gazillion things went wrong with the vote, so that election should be tossed. Let the states decide.

Despite what I consider to be overwhelming proof of planned and coordinated fraud, the fact that we may have to rely on the ball-less, gutless, limp-wristed GOP legislators in any number above one, is the biggest threat to this attempt at reversing this crime. They haven’t supported us or the President in four years, and their complete silence for the past three weeks perfectly demonstrates their apathy toward saving the Republic.

After Thanksgiving, we need tens of thousands of people protesting at every State capitol, especially in the swing states in question. Then onto DC on Dec 12th as planned.

Exactly. The GOP has been abysmal for four years. Now we expect them to step up and do the right thing? I’m skeptical — more than skeptical.

Criminal Probe, Legal Fights Await Trump After White House

President Donald Trump’s legal entanglements are likely to intensify when he leaves the White House and loses immunity from prosecution.

By Associated Press, Wire Service Content Nov. 20, 2020,

By MICHAEL R. SISAK, Associated Press

A few miles south of the namesake tower where Donald Trump began his run for president, New York prosecutors are grinding away at an investigation into his business dealings that could shadow him long after he leaves office in January.

The probe led by Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. is one of several legal entanglements likely to intensify when Trump loses power — and immunity from prosecution — upon leaving the White House.

Trump faces two New York state inquiries into whether he misled tax authorities, banks or business partners. Two women alleging he sexually assaulted them are suing him. Some Democrats are calling for the revival of a federal campaign finance investigation that appeared to end under U.S. Attorney General William Barr.

It isn’t known whether any investigation has gathered sufficient evidence to charge Trump with any crimes.

Prosecuting a former president would also be an unprecedented step in a country that has sought, since its founding, to sweep aside a departing commander-in-chief’s alleged transgressions in favor of a peaceful transition of power.

While one poll shows that about half of Republican voters believe that Trump won

Rasmussen's poll shows that nearly half of ALL voters believe there was election fraud. One out of every three Democrat voters believe there was election fraud which permitted their candidate to win. Nearly all Republican voters believe the election was stolen.

If Trump loses this election, it will be entirely because the GOP refused to support him at every critical moment.

I sure hope that Ronna ROMNEY McDaniel realizes this.

Thank you! I’m so glad you said this.

I’m weary of handwringing and whining brought on by the posting of so many commentaries by people who aren’t qualified to write them.

I am hopeful for a good outcome and will pray for such.

The Gutless Old Party has never earned our support. And it never will.

I mean, how obvious does it have to be for people to figure that out?

Time for a new party. If not now, then when?

No new party is needed - if a party exists long enough all it does is try to preserve its power.

Parties destroy nations.

If enough voters WRITE IN Trump as a candidate he wins the office.

Write in instead of giving either of the puss dripping parties your vote DON’T STAY HOME AND SULK.
