I live in Maryland. Nearest town is in Pennsylvania. I have a PO box in that town. Question: Do I have to quarantine every time I check my PO box?
Do you HAVE to?
No.
You don’t have to do ANYTHING some dude in a dress tells you to do.
You’re an American. And “Hell NO” is an American’s favorite phrase...Followed by “Lock and Load.”
Thousands of people live in Pennsylvania and commute to work in Maryland. What is Pennsylvania going to do about all of them?
Answer: the state of Maryland forbids its residents from leaving the State without explicit orders from your governor. If somehow you qualify to leave the state, and if Pennsylvania decides to admit you, then you must quarantine for 14 days on entry before checking your postbox. Upon return to Maryland, provided that the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania grants you leave to exit and the state of Maryland admits you, you must quarantine for 14 days before entering your residence.
