I have heard, from other sources on the web, that it was hosted in an amazon data repository. The CIA selects from Delta and Seal Team Six, their all star team and provides them with an additional 3 years worth of training. That is purportedly why Haspel went to see Mitch McConnell this week, and to try and gather allies for her position, which it appears is untenable.
All of this seems far-fetched, but so does their spying on a presidential candidate/president, fake Russia hoax, and the fake impeachment. So I have no doubt that the Obama/Brennan cabal would be capable of doing something like this. It is probably why Obama had such a grudge against Flynn, as Flynn likely had quite a bit of knowledge about the IC’s meddling in US and foreign elections.

Wasn’t it reported a few months ago that McConnell owned a boat that was used to traffic drugs? So Haspell could have gone to McConnell to tell him that his CIA cover will be blown if he doesn’t stop Trump. I’ve known since my time serving in Viet Nam that the CIA were running heroin out of VN back to the States. That’s how they get their “play” money to do their dirty deeds. If this is all true, and we WILL find out that fact, then the US has been attacked and subverted from within. This should be considered treason, and people should be hung for this action. The FBI will be shown to be in on this too. Let’s just give it time to surface. Send in General Flynn, and he’ll sort this out!
