It sounds like she recorded everything. She asked the trainer for permission since the laptop didn’t work. Trainer gave permission to record. (The way I understand it. She’s a terrible witness in that her accent is bad.)

I doubt the rest will take an hour. I think Rudy considers her the most important because she has a lot of info, plus, she’s a POC. We don’t care about that but the dems sure do. They would completely discount a blue collar white guy. Her, not so much.

It didn’t make sense to me. Maybe there’s a mandated date for sending/receiving absentee ballots ...? But a September date seems too early for a November election.
Her accent wouldn’t be so much of a problem except for the mask. Not only does it affect the sound of her voice, also one can’t see the lower half of her face when she speaks, which does help in understanding what she’s saying.
