Attorney Sidney Powell says there’s plenty of time for President Donald Trump’s legal team to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election.
''With the fraud case, the Dec. 8 deadline doesn’t apply,'' Powell said Friday during an appearance on Newsmax TV’s ''Stinchfield'' in reference to the ''safe harbor'' deadline that frees a state from further challenge if it resolves all disputes and certifies its voting results.
''We have at least until Dec. 14,'' she said.
''We might file more suits. The court in Michigan or Wisconsin today just gave us a great order recognizing that. These are not pure election contests we are filing. These are massive fraud suits that can set aside the results of the election due to this fraud at any time. The states should not be certifying election results in the face of it.''
Powell, a former member of Trump’s legal team, has been a part of multiple lawsuits in a crusade to overturn results from the 2020 election.
Several states have certified Joe Biden as the winner of the election. Newsmax has yet to project a winner as Trump continues to contest the results in court.
The Wisconsin Supreme Court on Friday said it wouldn’t accept a lawsuit by Trump’s legal team, sidestepping a decision on the merits of the claims and instead ruling that the case must first wind its way through the lower courts.
The president asked the court to disqualify more than 221,000 ballots in the state’s two biggest Democrat counties, alleging irregularities in the way absentee ballots were administered.

No court in this land will allow a person to keep an advantage which he has obtained by fraud. No judgment of a court can be allowed to stand if it has been obtained by fraud. Fraud unravels everything. The court is careful not to find fraud unless it is distinctly pleaded and proved; but once it is proved, it vitiates judgments, contracts and all transactions whatsoever.

Keep in mind that fraud is only one way to steal an election.

understood but election can still be trued, the fraud removed.... all the way up to inauguration day, and pretty easily up to 06 January 2021 when the Electoral College vote is submitted to Congress. having said that, I sure wish they’d get it done ASAP
I disagree. Consider the 2016 election. What if the Mueller investigation, a year after the inauguration, found concrete proof that Russian interference changed the results of the election, causing Trump and Pence to be illegally elected. Do you think that the Democrats would be satisfied to simply throw them out and give the presidency to third in line, Paul Ryan?
Of course not. There would be a cacophony of demands to install Hillary. The demands would have been satisfied. Why should we be satisfied for anything else now?
Lawyers for Brian Kemp and the Ga Sec of State are opposing every legal effort to have Dominion voting machines impounded & tested.
But then I keep forgetting.....cackle.....these actions indicate the price was right.

Here’s one quote, Powell, “...inundated with reports of fraud ranging from statistical analysis and incredible anomalies of 100,000 of thousands of votes being injected repeatedly into voting systems, particularly in Wayne county Michigan and in Wisconsin, there were over a million votes injected on behalf of Mr. Biden into the system that don’t seem to trace to anyone else and the same number was repeatedly injected.”
