I do not believe President Trump will invoke the Insurrection Act and /or martial law.
I agree with you. I think the President has too much respect for the Constitution and our Founding Fathers to go down that route.
How do you do it then?

It’s rather sad that those calling for martial law have no understanding or the law. I find it somewhat amusing that so many conservatives would support this but would condemn martial law if the show were on the other foot.
What’s not fair or Constitutional about? Martial Law can in reality save the Constitution when it’s being attempted to be overthrown by a corrupt Democrat Organized Crime Syndicate; which is exactly what is happening. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has obviously and blatantly disregarded their own Constitution, which should throw it to the SCOTUS. If the SCOTUS rejects to hear the case; then something must be done to save the Republic, even by drastic means if necessary. What would not be fair and Constitutional about an election where one person was allowed one vote and had to prove they were eligible to vote?
The old 'we had to destroy the Constitution in order to save it' argument. Sorry, not buying it.

That is what we're supposed to have, but you don't think that's what happened. So declare martial law, suspend rights, hold an election under the eyes of the military, and we're supposed that is going to be more fair?
I can’t seem to find it today but I only visit 2 news sites, https://protrumpnews.com/ or https://thelibertydaily.com/ guess it is gone.
It's new for what you and others are advocating.
President Trump will do the correct thing and not invoke the Insurrection Act. If he does, I believe it will unfortunately lead to a second House impeachment, but then to a conviction in a Senate trial.
I expect there will be many disappointed people when President Trump does the right thing and follows the US Constitution.
You don’t get it. Under martial law the house and senate don’t operate or the courts. That’s the whole point of it.

I have to wonder whether this is all about the presidential election or actually has more to do with the run-offs in Georgia. Could Trump be using the consternation about the November election to fire up the electorate in Georgia for the run-offs? Or course, it could be both.
Thankfully, you are incorrect.
The Federal Judiciary and Legislature still operate. If that is not the case, then please show a citation that supports that "Under martial law the house and senate don’t operate or the courts."
Under full martial law the president calls all the shots. He can do pretty much anything he wants.
Actually I more likely expect Trump to invoke the insurrection act due to the foreign influence that will be shown in the 2020 election.
Fortunately you saying so does not make it so.
You did not provide a source for your claim, so I will take that as an admission you have none.
You know what try to smarten up. Read the NDAA and then get back to me. Trump could tell you and Mrs Fury and the 3 little furys to show up to the national guard center to help load ammo cans or change sheets in the barracks. For free.
Sorry, you're changing the subject and you're getting called on it.
Please provide a specific citation that supports your claim that "Under martial law the house and senate don’t operate or the courts." Those were your words. Try backing them up.
Here's what James Madison had to say about consolidating such power in the hands of one or several people:
"The accumulation of all powers legislative, executive and judiciary in the same hands, whether of one, a few or many, and whether hereditary, self-appointed, or elective, may justly be pronounced the very definition of tyranny." The Federalist No. 47, (J. Madison).
What you are proposing and indeed advocating for is tyranny.
