Delegating military units to enforce the will of a civilian court is another. Posse Comitatus was originally brought in to end the use of federal troops to police state elections, so it seems unlikely that it could somehow be suspended to allow federal troops to oversee elections.

Hmm: if SCOTUS ordered a re-election by paper ballot in (say) Pennyslvania - and the state refused - then that would seem to be a clear case for the Insurrection act?

How can martial law be a constitutional option when the US Constitution does not mention martial law?
The states may, however, impose martial law. Since the imposition of martial law would require the states that voted for Biden to act, how do you propose convincing NY,CA, etc., to go along with this hairbrained idea?
BTW, even if the states did so act, those states would still be bound by the Constitution which does not include any provisions for a ‘do over’ election. Consequently, this proposal would require the overthrow of the government by force which the Constitution considers treasonable.
Here’s some light reading.
I see no other way to freeze this chaotic mess in place, and create space to thoroughly examine what happened and find out the truth. Only some type of force is going to stop these corrupt politicians from destroying whatever evidence remains and trying to cement in place the fraudulent result.
It would be difficult to manage, but yes, Trump would have to Federally Deputize tens of millions of able bodied adults to remove the politicians and judges who won’t stop the fraud. Stand together now, or rot in prison when the violent communists get rolling.

ID’s are checked. Signatures are checked. Poll workers don’t touch ballots. Poll workers only ANSWER questions. Your address where you LIVE (not a P.O.Box) must match up. A big old deputy sheriff is watching over everybody so there are no worries about anybody bullying anybody. It’s quiet and orderly. Bottom line: There is absolutely ZERO reason to have a revote at our precinct compared to a Detroit or Philly precinct.

I am serious, I have read the Constitution, and I've never yet seen the part that allows for it to be suspended and martial law put in its place. Perhaps you can help?

if the states don't do their job, if the courts don't do their jobs, and if our SCOTUS doesn't do its job, I think our Declaration of Independence points to righting these wrongs which means temporary martial law until a new election with nationwide safeguards are put in place...No dominion, no multiple dates to vote, only previously registered legally can vote, ID's, and multiple election watchers for the entire process...gee, maybe we can call in Jimmy Carter....

The courts are compromised by foreign money. Pompeo told a meeting of state governors that there was evidence some in the room had accepted foreign money.
The courts are compromised along with the governors. China is operating it’s puppets to overthrow our elections and take control of the US. This is not “open and free” operation of the courts. It is the courts refusing to hear cases even when asked by it’s state citizens and shown signficant evidence of fraud. The courts are putting their fingers in their ears singing, “LA LA LA I CAN’T HEAR YOU” so they can deliver our country to China.
You or most anyone else would not be able to tell the difference between the two.
