How can martial law be a constitutional option when the US Constitution does not mention martial law?

The states may, however, impose martial law. Since the imposition of martial law would require the states that voted for Biden to act, how do you propose convincing NY,CA, etc., to go along with this hairbrained idea?

BTW, even if the states did so act, those states would still be bound by the Constitution which does not include any provisions for a ‘do over’ election. Consequently, this proposal would require the overthrow of the government by force which the Constitution considers treasonable.

OK but does it provide for fraudulent elections? You seem to think it does. Stealing the office of President of the United States is surely a little unsettling to you, then again maybe not.
