I think the it’s are so glaring, the clock was not designed in its framework to deal with this level of fraud...no one wants martial law, but no one wants a takeover from who knows, assume all enemies poised to strike once we begin surviving covid
I thought there were multitudes of anti-Trump high levels in the Pentagon.

At this point in our republic our rights are not secure. Ballot box secure? NO Jury / justice box secure? NO NOT CLOSE.
That to secure these Rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just Powers from the Consent of the Governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these Ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its Foundation on such Principles, and organizing its Powers in such Form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.
Also, limited martial law sounds a lot like being a little bit pregnant, if you catch my drift.

Too few recognize that this proposal is exactly that, a dagger aimed directly at the US Constitution.

I am skeptical about the practicality or benefit of martial law, but your presumption that it would be unconstitutional or would “destroy the Constitution” is, well, presumptuous.
And apparently few people realize martial law is indeed a constitutional option.
I could see Biden calling on the UN to help him, and his ChiCom owners as well.
This is going to get ugly... but uglier still would be letting this seditious traitor and his band of conspirators hand us over to the communists.

Even fewer recognize that martial law requires that the courts being unable to be in session is a a requirement for martial law to be enacted. Since there is nothing to prevent any court from holding sessions, martial law may not be enacted.
