My response was not to point out
something that my be in the

I take this to mean there is a case
of rights deprived, and the courts
refusal to act. But hey, I ain’t

If the Supreme Court fails to act, it is President Trump’s duty to do whatever it takes to hold a constitutionally valid election, and declare martial law with military tribunals for the traitors. We need many executions.

As a man who has enforced “martial law” overseas, I can assure you the cost is much greater than we ought to pay. Due process? BOR? 2A? forget it all. And, if you think I am way off, well, then you do not know how military operations progress-
And, finally, a revote is completely unconstitutional. The remedies are already listed in the US Constitution, let’s follow that.

I’m amazed that some feel we must watch stolen elections and obey the results and not resist the overthrow of our country.
Had Biden been allowed to take office even for 1 day, his first act would be to “neutralize” our capacity to ever rise from Chinese dominion again. Biden would be the last (stolen) presidency had we not plans to resist. No, we aren’t going to give the US nuclear codes to China while the courts China corrupted “sort it out”.

A fair election would not “destroy the Constitution,” but would rather uphold it.
Redoing the election, and making it fair.
But not “justly.”
If you’ve suspended the Constitution and declared martial law then why do you need another election?
I think the idea is to suspend the Constitution and declare martial law (to count the votes accurately) then once that is completed, hand the system back entirely, to the winner.
Whoever that is.
