“What is at stake here, and this is why I think out of all the cases this is the most significant – to be clear, there’s no doubt about it – this is the most significant of the cases that has been filed. It’s the most significant because it is completely outcome determinative. What does that mean? It means that if the Court were to rule in favor of Texas, those four states, the states named in the complaint, would in in fact have their state legislatures determine the outcome. They would pick the electors.
This is a lawsuit, of course, against Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. It is original jurisdiction which means it doesn’t start at the district court level. It starts at the Supreme Court of the United States where it was lodged yesterday evening very, very late; actually by the time it was lodged, probably this morning. It’s a very significant piece of litigation, in my mind, this is the one.”
I don’t like it when even good people talk up something so much before the initial stages even play out. Gives enemy space to plot and scheme.
lots of marbles riding on this one...
Hopefully, the SCOTUS will hear all the evidence and do the right thing. If they don’t, the country will never hold a fair election again.
Sekulow needs to talk it up to persuade the other states to join in the suit.
The Democrat Party and the Democrat Media should not be permitted to Select the President alone. The entire country should Select the President.
The suit is in real court, not in court of public opinion. Therefore media can do nothing in court. And the enemy has no case. The evidence is all on plaintiff’s corner.

I thought Sekulow and the White House lawyers had their own case to be taken up before the Supreme Court, that it was THE case.
Have they abandoned their own case? They’re waiting for someone else to carry their water for them?
If everything is riding on the Texas case, good luck. The Supreme Court hasn’t the guts to do anything to upset the apple cart on this. They’ll take easy stuff, but defend the Constitution at the risk of being seen as controversial and they run like scared rabbits. I’ll predict that they drop this case like they dropped the Pennsylvania case which had serious Constitutional issues and might establish precedents.

THE case was the Kraken case. Jordan sekulow tweeted why he didnt file his promised case.
its because powell, who was part of the team, was no longer part of the team
see his tweets
Oh I hope you’re wrong 🥺
My faith in SCOTUS to do the right thing is pretty much gone. I’ll bet it goes 5-4 against the constitution. Sure, Robert’s will come up with some tortured opinion full of legalese BS justifying the executive and judicial branches changing election laws in states on the fly, but most common Americans, including this one, will see the high court sacrificing what is left of its legitimacy by endorsing an obviously stolen election.
At the very least, they should have addressed the insane PA SC declaration that the Plaintiffs improperly waited until after the election to raise the Constitutional claim. But... if anyone makes a claim BEFORE there is actual harm, every court in the land will toss it automatically as speculative, and a waste of time. Now the PA SC says that it is too late to wait until after there is harm?? That's rather outrageous, and indicative of unConstitutional shenanigans... and SCOTUS doesn't even address it in their one-sentence rejection?!? Excuse me?!? That is just shocking.
You have power in prayer. Knee time.
Yep..that's purty true...
Gonna take awhile to ever like many people again...
Seen and heard too much.....I like my dogs..although they are delinquents. But loveable...
Got a horse...Looking for a Mule...
I'm pretty sick of the state of things......
FWIW-
Maybe the Supreme Court wants to put this fraud fire out.
The Constitution was not followed but they must put on a little show, to show the steal was actually legit. A little song and dance may do the trick.
If they don’t get it right I believe President Trump will have to uphold the oath he took to defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic.
