Letter: Coffee Co. cannot certify results from second statewide recount
DOUGLAS, Ga. (WALB) - Georgia Secretary of State has recertified the election results, but Coffee County Board of Elections officials sent out a letter last week saying they could not certify its results following a second recount.
In the letter, election officials said they could not certify the electronic recount numbers given its “inability to repeatably duplicate creditable election results.”
“Any system, financial, voting, or otherwise, that is not repeatable nor dependable should not be used,” officials wrote in the letter. “To demand certification of patently inaccurate results neither serves the objective of the electoral system nor satisfies the legal obligation to certify the electronic recount.”
Along with the letter, Coffee County elections officials also sent Raffenserger’s office a document that “illuminates that the electronic recount lacks credibility.” Election officials also said that no election board has the ability to “reconcile the anomalies” that are shown in that document.
“Accordingly, the Coffee County Board of Elections and Registration have voted to certify the votes cast in the Election Night report,” the letter states. “The Election Night numbers are reflected in the official certification of results submitted by our office.”

It sounds like they certified the election night totals... the ones that were verifiable.
So, they won’t certify the recount because it’s crap, but they ARE sticking with their election night certification? Am I reading it right?

They can’t extrapolate these recount anomalies to election night and come to the conclusion that the tallies then are tainted also?

Douglas, GA - Coffee County is the kinda place Gunny spoke of in Shooter - you kill a man’s dog, he’ll shoot you and bury you in the woods. 30 days later you tell the Sheriff and it’s all good.
Population overall is under 50K, and a lot of that may be college students.
You have to want to get to Douglas, GA to get there ;-)

Some GA county should just submit 2,137,524 votes for Trump and 12 for Biden. If nobody is going to investigate, why not?

What if ten republican counties were to recount and find 1,500 votes each for Trump? Wouldn’t that be enough? Would the democrats have the guts to call for audited recounts of those counties knowing that would open their counties for audit. Why don’t we ever play their game.
I have irrefutable evidence that GA local election officials were instructed by state to report original vote totals & NOT report recount totals which are different.
