But I guarantee you, there will be a full-blown commission. I guarantee you it’s a major, major, major element,” Biden said.

At what point do the ChiComs order Biteme-Ho to simply disband the Congress and SCOTUS as unnecessary since he will be ruling by decree and everything election from here after is 100% rigged? Are they waiting until 21 January 2021 to announce that, just to be sure?
