A new Daily Kos/Civiqs poll reveals just 51 percent of Americans believe the 2020 presidential election was “conducted fairly.”
The December 2020 poll, commissioned by the left-wing, anti-Trump Daily Kos outlet, inquired if voters felt “that the 2020 presidential election was conducted fairly?”
The results from the left wing pollsters:

SCOTUS must hear the TX motion and they MUST order the defendant states to remedy their corrupt elections. If they can't submit their seated electors votes in time...then neither candidate gets to 270. On to 1 vote per state in the House where the people's closest elected representatives (state congress) will decide the election.

So, more than half of the people believe that Biden is the duly elected President? What does that say about this country today?
What was the non response rate?
And if you subtract the inherent leftwing pollster bias and question framing, only 20% really believe it was conducted fairly.
Most Democrats I know who repeat the line that the election was “fair” are either:
1) Willfully ignorant and unwilling to go outside their usual sources of news - probably for fear of what they might learn.
2) In denial.
3) Know the election was rigged but honestly are ok with it because the Orange Man is *just that bad*
The better way to ask is, do you feel the election was honest.
It was easy for the Rats: we are going to lose to Trump anyway, lets steal it, if we get away with it, fine, if not, nothing will happen and we have bad orange man to beat on for 4 more years. this is win win for them.
Imagine what the results would have been if there was not a media blackout of all the fraud.

Well...it's an indictment for sure. But that nearly half polled from a communist organization said they thought there was fraud or at least problems with the "election", is a bit eye opening.
In other words, this isn't just the opinion of a handful of die hard Trump supporters that think/know this.

The U.S. Congress does not determine, or vote in that case.
It's the representation from each of the states who get 1 vote (each state). Check the 12th Amendment.
