False reports posted on social media claim that CIA Director Gina Haspel has died — or else was injured and arrested during a raid on an agency building overseas.
The fake news — which appears to involve QAnon conspiracy theorists — began circulating this week on platforms including Facebook, Twitter and 8kun, formerly 8chan, according to a Friday report from Reuters.
In one version of the purported events, Haspel was “Found Dead from ‘Natural Causes,'” with the information “going viral in gov circles but there is currently a strict news blackout.”
Another, more elaborate account — in which her name is misspelled “Hasple” — claims the spy chief “was arrested after she was injured in the Frankfurt Germany CIA building raid to secure the servers.”

General McInerny gave an interview saying the server was true and US soldiers were killed in the raid.

I still say Mitch McConnell may have at least an iota of knowledge. Would very much like to know what she met with him about, right before she was never seen again.

This rumor has been circulating for some time now and makes serious claims. I’m sure Gina is aware of this and could easily put an end to it. All she needs to do is take a walk in public somewhere and be seen by the press.
That was just her CIA look-alike.

Yep. The same thing happened with RBG. Some claimed for months that she was dead because they had not seen her. Then she did finally die which made some people look foolish. :-) You can’t make this stuff up.
That’s so funny that she’s been in the news as having been killed in the German raid. That’s a real shot across the bow.
Have we ever heard anything about the guy in Georgia who died in the auto accident and was a boyfriend of the governor’s daughter? Talk about a shot across the bow.
