SOOOO If this ‘judge’ were to be ruling of a horrendous auto accident-—He would demand that the plaintiffs bring their case BEFORE the accident even happens??????
yes
it’s essentially blaming the victim
but its weirder than that
because the state also demands we should trust them when it comes to fair and accurate elections
so bringing the charges of election fraud without any evidence or witnesses/affidavits, or just a concern you believe people are going to steal an election,
this same government is going to then come back at them and say, where’s your proof? and then deny them any relief because the state isn’t satisified with their concerns.
