If "lack of standing" now means that it is OK for a small handful of corrupt states who refused to play by their own rules to prevail in a Federal election over other states who DID play by the rules, then these justices can hardly be called "just."

Insofar as the behavior of these corrupt states has affected Texas and other states, what happened in said corrupt states most certainly IS the business of Texas et al.

Linn Wood and Sydney Powell are not representing the president. They have no standing.

Teaser. The court will toss it. Guaranteed. They just rules with Texas that a State can run their election how ever they want; fraud, deceit, criminally. Doesn’t matter. There is no rule of law left.

It's worse than that. It's not that these four states didn't play by their own rules. It's that they didn't play by the rules of the Constitution.
