The Supreme Court's clear message to President Donald Trump: Stop ‘The beginning of the end’: First shipment of COVID vaccines will arrive… CNN logoFrench army gets ethical go-ahead for bionic soldiers

“We can rebuild him. Make him surrender faster, stronger, better.”
Woo hoo! I did it! Beat all y’all!
No good will come of this.
Surrender robots.
Having been a grunt, I’m not sure I like the sound of “improved...psychological capabilities”. On the other hand, this is the French military we’re talking about, and surrender is a valued military trait to them...so maybe improved means they’ll just fold sooner than usual.
Surrender robots.
That can see the enemy from extreme range and then retreat at 60mph.
France “discourages” but has not banned Huawei equipment...what could possibly go wrong with French soldiers relying on Chinese components to track movements and communicate with various weapons platforms?
The French to build Space Marines and Dreadnaughts first??
If the French are doing this, they are behind others who have been working on this, just saying....

Pure slander. They fought like hell in WWI. We hear endless stories of Flanders, we see the 700k poppies for Brits. But we never seem to hear about Verdun or the 1.3 million French Soldiers who died.
Fast forward to WWII and the battle of France. 85,310 French military personnel were killed, 12,000 were reported missing, 120,000 were wounded in that 6 week battle. The Germans lost 27,074 killed, 111,034 wounded and 18,384 missing. The battle cost the Luftwaffe 28 per cent of its front line strength; some 1,236–1,428 aircraft were destroyed 1,129 to enemy action.
The British fled the battlefield and left the French north flank exposed. A sound strategic decision, but not a monument of bravery. At Singapore the Brits surrendered to a Jap force one third it’s size. Our guys surrendered at Bataan and had the US Army faced the German Army as France did in 1940, it would have fared little better.
Anyone who has spent any time around French soldiers doesn’t push that slander on the French soldier. It’s a far more provable case against the British Army. The post surrender collaborators are another matter, but rest assured, the Brits had more than a few who would have collaborated in return for retaining their titles or position.
nous pouvons le reconstruire nous avons la technologie
Nicely said. And to continue to shatter stereotypes, I just watched a video that shows US WWII sailors shooting Jap survivors in the water 20’ from the US ship.
It would bankrupt the French probably a few times over just to produce one cyborg super soldier.
OY VEY!
