To a large extent, this stuff is like a war crime — if you win the war, you have a lot less chance of being charged with war crimes. If you lose, you have a greater chance of being punished for something you did in the war.

Election fraud? If you cheat big enough to win the election, you are mostly home free.

I think the case could be made that this is like a 1,500-piece engine that has been disassembled and lays there on the ground. So you walk into x-district, with 40 agents and pour over the poll listing, the machines, the absentee ballots, the dead voters, etc.

You find that the machines flip 8-percent or 22-percent of Trump votes to Biden votes.

Then you discover that one clerk has a fake-voter listing of 2,800 names that he’ll sell you for $75k in cash.

Then you discover another clerk who has 2,700 dead voters on his listing for sale (wanting $100k for that list).

Then you find that 1,200 students from the local college are really registered in this state and their home state. They voted in two states.

Then you find 1,400 people who own a house in this district, but also spend six months a year in Arizona, where you find that they voted there as well.

All of this would get complicated by itself, but then you find that China and Iran both got involved in the election and made things twice as hard to clean up. Then you find that the FBI has zero interest in this type of investigation.

Just in Michigan alone, you’d require at least a thousand agents and a year to glean through the mess there.
