We need a Constitutional Amendment that sets the number of Justices on the USSC at nine. Which of the other things mention could be taken off the table by amending the Constitution I’m not sure.

We need a Constitutional Amendment that sets the number of Justices on the USSC at nine. Which of the other things mention could be taken off the table by amending the Constitution I’m not sure.

Actually, since the judiciary has pretty much fashioned itself as a superlegislature that can change existing law, create new law, and override the power of the executive branch, I'd say we're just better off without it entirely. Why the hell do we need 9 people deciding the entire fate of the USA as if they are co-kings and queens?
