The Boy Scouts here were manning a table selling packs of popping corn outside several stores a few months back. There was not a boy in sight. They were all girls.
That begs the question. Were they really “manning” the table then?
Popcorn sales is the biggest scam. Prices are 5x normal and most of the proceeds go to the national organization not the scouts.
