Boy scout troops, now known as Scouts BSA, are run locally by adults willing to take the time to educate youth in leadership skills. Scouts BSA troops are owned by the organization that charters them, usually a church.
The decisions that are made at the national level, outside of the writing of the books, don’t change how the local troop works. Here is another hint, the majority of Scouts BSA troops are run by adults with conservative leanings.

Nothing you’ve posted changes the fact that for parents who are not stupid, both the BSA and the GSA are failed organizations being run by anti-American morons who are promoting ideas detrimental to the children under their influence and to our country, So you can sell the BS your slinging to brainwashed young millennials but not to people who remembers what the Scouts were honorable organizations.
