I've recently arrived in Newark International Airport on an international flight. The airline, United send me text and emails stating that the State of NJ request you to go online and complete COVID forms. Needless to say, my entire party ignored this, walked off the flight, went through customs and left the airport with no issues.

Bottom line, ignore these people.
