GBI finishes signature audit in Cobb County, finds only two mismatches(Georgia)
wsb ^ | 12/30/2020 | staff

The inaccuracy came from a wife who signed her name to ballots for both her and her husband, the Secretary of State said. “It really shows you and should give voters confidence that there’s accuracy and integrity, and security, in the absentee ballot process so we’re really grateful for GBI’s support,” Raffensperger said. The audit found no fraudulent absentee ballots with a 99% confidence threshold, Raffensperger’s office said in a news release Tuesday.

Good, so there should be no objections to doing Fulton, Gwinnett and Floyd counties, then.

Cobb was not suspicious.

““absentee ballot “ I believe these are not Mail-In ballots.”

same semantic game as used with “Alien” and “Illegal Alien”.
The left does it consistently.

Whenever you talk with any Leftist, you’ll hear it over and over.

Some years back I cast my one,and only,"absentee ballot".I had to go to Town Hall, give my name and address, fill out the ballot, insert it into the envelope provided, seal the envelope, and sign it. Pretty secure...very secure in fact.

It wasn't a ballot I found in my mailbox, unrequested, that I completed and dropped in some box.

In GA the ONLY “mail in” ballots are “absentee ballots.”

GA did *NOT* mail out un-requested ballots, and no other organization could simply mail out unsolicited ballots.

A GA voter (or their surrogate ... ) had to go online to an official state website and REQUEST a ballot. The state tracks ‘who’ [ valid voter ID] requested the ballot, and the date, WHEN it was mailed to the voter, at what matching address, and WHEN [date] the state/county received the signed/sealed ballot. Once the state/county officially acknowledges receipt, the elections system shows that person as having voted, and they cannot vote in person. THAT is not Dominion software doing that check, that is GA software. I have used that software and have faith in it. In normal times, absentee ballot counting began the day before in-person vote day so those totals of what USED TO BE just a few absentee ballots could be concluded by the end of election day. *IF* an absentee ballot came in and the elections office had a three-person team question the signature, then that voter is notified and they have THREE DAYS to come to the elections office to clear any concerns. Then their vote counted. In Hall County, even with the HUGE numbers of absentee ballots, our county elections folks DID conduct a signature review of EVERY ballot. Whenever there was a question, a Democrat AND a Republican poll official participated in the review process. Again, *WE* in Hall County ran a good election. Trump carried Hall county by roughly 80-20.

Unfortunately absentee ballot handling procedures can vary by county. And realistically ballot harvesting IS possible if the county elections officials are in on the steal. It *would* be hard to catch.

Where I live (Hall County) is a solid red county. I was an elections manager. Our audit found fewer than 10 votes that had to be corrected in terms of totals, and interestingly most errors were NOT votes for President, rather down ballot candidates. Dunno how it happen. *WE* ran a solid election.

I cannot say that Fulton, DeKalb, Gwinnett - now run by blue governments - ran a good, fair, legal process. Those three counties are the epicenter of concerns. Imagine that.

What absolute liars...on so many levels...in so many ways. Unless this election is nullified, never believe an election again. What a pathetic joke by government “worker” sociopaths.

It appears they did not audit a county under primary suspicion, did not allow observers, and apparently did not compare to a confirmed signature.

Cobb was not suspicious.

Exactly. The PoS SoS picked the one metro county that no allegations of fraud (that I'm aware of). Fulton? Dekalb? Gwinnett? nope, not looking into the places where we might find something. Meanwhile, Dekalb has 300K+ votes without documentation that just floated in somehow.

Let me ask you two questions. I live in Dekalb. My wife and I early voted because someone stole my vote in 2018.

Question 1: we voted separately and compared notes later. One thing we both noticed was how they scanned our votes. We used the touchscreen, it printed out a ballot. We took it to the area where they had two machines. The young man looked at the paper, then had me go to the machine on the right. Same for my wife. Why? Is that procedure?

Question 2: in 2018 I showed up to vote on Election Day and they told me I voted a couple of days earlier at a church in Decatur. I said I had not. They said it must have been an “honest mistake” and had me cast a provisional ballot. (Side note the time stamp on the fake vote was an hour after a “poll” to see if I planned to vote.). Do you think it’s possible to have honest mistakes where someone mismatches a name on a computer to a physical voter? Is it possible to wipe out the fake vote with my provisional? Like are the early votes anonymous or linked to voters?

Absentee ballots, not the fraudulent signed ones that were the mass mailed ones.

I am a Ga. resident living overseas full-time and I can say that Ga. DID in fact send out unsolicited absentee ballots for both the Nov. general election and the current runoff election.

We are currently Stateside and went to vote in person yesterday for the runoff and was told we had already been mailed and received an absentee ballot for the runoff. We informed them we had requested no such ballot and instead had to fill out a form saying we DID receive the absentee ballot but now wanted to cancel it and vote in person. On a side note, my deceased father in-law of 18 years received an obviously unsolicited absentee ballot for the Nov general election. He just happened to have lived in Sav, GA. where corruption of the voting process is rampant.

Thank you for the information from your perspective. I am a Georgia voter and think the whole system has been corrupted, same officials, same machines , same smelly stench from Fulton county.

Why wasn ‘t this done in Fulton, Dekalb and Gwinnett? That’s where the suspicious activity occurred. why weren’t the voting machines subjected to a forensic audit? Georgia would never have gone for Biden in a million years. They checked 15,000 votes out of millions. Its laughable.

My BIL and SIL early voted last week for the JAn 5th GA runoff election. He told me on Christmas day that the paper ballot that was spit out of the voting machine to be scanned was blank except for a printed square that looked like a bar code. I said no its supposed to have the names of who you voted for. My SIL said hers was also blank except for the barcode thing. This is totally different from Nov 3rd.

Okay, now do Fulton, Dekalb and Gwinnett... because those are the ones we want, and they know it.

OK let me clarify —

*IF* you voted absentee in the prior election, then the state of Georgia PRESUMES you want to vote absentee in the upcoming election. It actually becomes a default YOU can change via the MYVOTE website.

The state does NOT consider this to be unsolicited.

What the state DOES NOT do is mail official (valid) ballots along with the two envelopes to people who have NEVER voted absentee *OR* have not requested an absentee ballot.

The process you encountered when EARLY voting in person is the correct process. IF I was working the table, I would start by checking your ID and then looking you up in the software. The system WILL NOT give me an ‘OK to vote number’ if it detects you have been mailed an absentee ballot. That same software ALSO shows me whether or not the state has RECEIVED the ballot mailed to you — meaning your vote is considered ‘cast’ and you CANNOT vote in person. BUT if the system shows you were mailed a ballot and is has NOT been received by the state, I can CANCEL your absentee ballot (it generally takes a phone call to a peer in the county elections office) and its unique number is canceled in the system and you can vote. Even if your absentee ballot is received the afternoon after you voted in the morning, ONLY your in-person vote counts. Once you get that “OK to vote” number issued in the system I use, your record is updated to show “voted in the [date] election.” You can check this in the MYVOTE website. I encourage you to check that status TODAY to make sure you HAVE indeed officially voted. The software at ‘my desk’ doesn’t record your vote, rather that happens when you scan your printed ballot into the tabulator. But the software I use DOES update your status.

Regarding your deceased F-i-L receiving a ballot: presuming a valid/authentic ballot was mailed to him, then someone acting in (likely) bad faith went onto the web site and requested a ballot for him. THAT can be traced to a degree - date requested, date mailed. It will not show the IP address of who actually DID the requesting. In theory an absentee ballot can ONLY be mailed to a valid voter in the system. In theory. Like you said - it’s Savannah/Chatham county - run by the blues.

BE aware that SAMPLE ballots printed to look A LOT like absentee ballots were mailed out by blue-sponsored organizations. IF what was mailed to your FiL was not a ballot with instructions WITH a peach-colored envelope and a white envelope, then it was NOT real. IF it was real and you still have it, I’d report it to the fraud hotline.

Thank you for that clarification regarding us being sent an absentee ballot for the runoff when we did not request it. That makes sense as we had requested one for the general due to us being overseas at the time.

As for my FIL, it was definitely a real absentee ballot because it had the envelopes and looked just like our’s that we voted on and turned into our US Embassy where we live.

Thanks for your great insight. Love all that can be learned here on Free republic.

Have a blessed day.
