Donald Trump's presidency provided a rich trove of examples for my annual review of the year's highlights in blame-shifting. The 2020 edition focuses on the question Trump has been trying to answer for nearly two months: Why did he lose the presidential election?

By Trump's account, it was not because voters preferred Joe Biden. Rather, Trump was denied a second term by a long list of malefactors who delivered a phony victory to Biden or ratified that outcome. These criminal conspirators and after-the-fact accessories included:

Thanks to our news media’s monomaniacal obsession with President Trump, few have paid attention to an important interview that Dr. Anthony Fauci gave last week, in which he acknowledged that he selectively lied to the American public about the coronavirus and what was needed for our national recovery.

The story is straightforward. For most of this year, Dr. Fauci and other scientists in our public health establishment have been telling Americans that about 60 to 70 percent of the nation would need a vaccine in order for us to reach herd immunity and make the coronavirus a non-issue.

But, speaking with The New York Times, Dr. Fauci admitted that he believes the real number is in fact significantly higher — perhaps 75 to 90 percent — and he declined to be forthright because he felt the country wasn’t ready to hear it. Only now did he say that he feels he has the freedom to “nudge this up a bit” without discouraging the nation.

It became very clear that large scale stuffing and “ballot trucking/ballot dumps” were done
specifically to engineer a rough alignment between (A) the fraudulent paper ballots, and, (B) Dominion’s software fraud.

If there is massive fraud, why isn’t the Trump run DOJ investigating overwhelming fraud that could turn around the election (so far they have nothing big enough to overturn the election), why have the GOP governors and SOSs certified the votes, why has the GOP and Trump appointed Judges thrown out cases and why didn’t Trump’s own lawyers argue overwhelming fraud in court.

And, of course there is that pesky problem of the GOP saving Senate seats and gaining house seats during the election. If the Rats wanted to steal the election, they would have grabbed both House and Senate too.

Navorro had only put out speculation that is not evidence. Just like Sidney Powell who has yet to win a court case.

There has yet to be proven overwhelming fraud in a court of law that can overturn the election.

Trump may have a point about mail in ballot rules that were changed ahead of the election but his problem is he is arguing about it after the election.

The problem with all this is Trump’s team did not address mail in voter ballots before the election and got out foxed. Plus, there are way too many people who just don’t like Trump’s personality and were motivated to vote.

Where I do agree with you is the media and people who hated Trump did join forces and gave Biden a hall pass. That didn’t help Trump at all.
